Born in Ireland and raised in the state of New Jersey, Mark Curran was surrounded and influenced by a plethora of music's finest, from Johnny Cash to Bon, Jovi, and Waylon Jennings to Bruce Springsteen. Mark's dad was local promoter on the East Coast, so Mark was around music from a very early age. He was personally introduced to Johnny Cash as a young boy and met country legend Waylon Jennings.

Before embarking on what is now the current line up of Curran, Mark played in many bands and toured as a solo artists. Mark played at the White House during Clinton Admin and met President Clinton on numerous occasions and toured with Whitney Houston. Mark has also shared the stage with the likes of Kid Rock, Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, Big and Rich, Iron Maiden and The Ramones.

Over the last couple of years Curran have played with the likes of Franke Ballard, Ticker Beathard, The Quireboys, Drake White, Kiefer Sutherland and The Cadillac Three.

In an era of talent Show winners and disposable pop stars, CURRAN stands out from the rest, not only as singer/songwriters but as bona fide rock stars.
